Today's run: 4.8km, 35 mins 40 secs
Another busy day at work... another meeting after school... but once again I managed to drag myself out for a run at the end of the day. I'm pretty happy about that. It was a pretty good run, fairly comfortable again, and 4.8km is not seeming as far as it was before. I'm pleased that during my two midweek runs this week I have not wimped out and only done my 3.2km loop.
I might not get another chance for another run until the weekend, so rest days here I come!
