Yesterday's run: 5.0km, 36 mins 51 secs
Well, I surprised myself by actually fitting a run in yesterday. I managed it by running to my parents place, because I was going there for dinner anyway, and then my Dad dropped me home afterwards. :-)
The run was along footpaths next to the road, however - which isn't necessarily a problem as I've done that many times - but the particular road is a fairly major highway and the loud noise, the smog, the crappy uneven footpath, the construction, all made it a fairly annoying run. I think the fast cars driving so close to me meant I ran faster though! Pleased at this stage of the week just to fit that run in.
