Well today's run was bloody slow. But I was very happy to make it out for a run regardless. I've had a crappy few days at work, just feeling overwhelmed by the very volume of stuff I have to do. Today I finally felt like I got somewhere, which was great. So after a long day my legs were tired, but all those km's add up...

I can so relate to feeling overwhelmed with things to do, I find it leaves me mentally immobilised and I can't get moving, which doesn't help the situation at all. Good on you for getting your run in, in spite of feeling that way.
